Nelda is a native of Wichita Falls, Tx. She and her husband Jimmy have been residents at Windsor Place for almost three years. She has a background with business and banking experience. They have two children and four grandchildren, living in the Keller, Tx. area. Nelda and Jimmy both love the East Tx. area, especially all of the trees and lakes around Athens.

Donny hails from Texas and retired from the Navy. He has managed a RV park in Victoria TX for several years and decided to join Windsor Place in March of 2008. Donny is in charge of our grounds and keeps them looking ship-shape. Donny is one of the friendliest people you ever meet. We are so pleased to have him on board.

Donny suffers from an affliction called “ The Cooking Bug” he loves to cook! Whenever he comes down with the bug be prepared to sample and enjoy his latest creations at many of our impromptu park dinners!
